Privacy and cookie policy

This privacy and cookie policy describes the rules for handling personal data and using cookies of Service Recipients/Users, on behalf of whom the Administrator provides Services based on the provisions of the Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

§1 Personal data

1. The Administrator of the User’s personal data is the Administrator.

2. The Administrator collects personal data of Service Recipients in the manner specified in the Regulations, which this Privacy Policy is an integral part of. In order to purchase a Service, the Service Recipient should provide data ensuring its implementation and enabling contact with the Service Recipient.

3. The data provided to the Administrator are processed for the purpose of performing a contract between the Administrator and the User consisting in providing and maintaining access to selected online courses, which access is possible through this platform.

4. The Administrator guarantees confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.

5. Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the performance of contracts referred to in point 3 above.

6. Personal data are collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.

7. The User has the following rights:

  – the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,

  – the right to object to processing,

  – the right to data portability,

  – the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously expressed such consent,

  – the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator

8. The Administrator hereby informs the User that personal data are not transferred to a third country.

9. Personal data collected by the Administrator have direct access only by authorized employees or associates of the Administrator and authorized persons who have been granted appropriate authorizations. Personal data of Service Recipients are also made available to entities registering domains in order to provide services consisting in registering domains.

10. The Administrator hereby informs the User that he entrusts the processing of personal data to personnel and subcontractors of the Administrator responsible for servicing the Service Recipient; entities providing services for the benefit of the Administrator (i.e. accounting, electronic payment and technical support, postal, legal) for the purpose and to the extent necessary to obtain access to courses on the platform.

§2 Cookies

 1. The Administrator uses cookies cookies, i.e. small text information, stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then accesses information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and for ensuring proper operation of the Website.
3. The Administrator hereby informs the User that there is a possibility of such configuration of an internet browser that prevents storing cookies on the User’s end device. In such a situation, using the Website by the User may be difficult.
4. The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies can be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of an internet browser, programs used for this purpose or using appropriate tools available within an operating system from which he uses.

§3. Other technologies

1. The Administrator reserves the possibility of collecting IP addresses of visitors to his/her website. These may be helpful in diagnosing technical problems with a server, creating statistical analyses (e.g. determining from which regions we record most visits). In addition, they may be useful in administering and improving his/her website.
2. The Administrator hereby informs that he/she uses following technologies tracking actions taken by Users within his/her website:

EXAMPLES:
Facebook conversion pixel – for managing ads on Facebook and conducting remarketing activities,
Google Analitycs tracking code – for analyzing statistics of Website, collected information does not allow identification of user,
videos from YouTube and Vimeo service – displaying such video, you agree to use cookies by Google LLC regarding YouTube service or cookies by Vimeo company.

§4 Server logs

1. Using Website involves sending queries to server where Website is stored.
2. Each query directed to server is saved in server logs. Logs include e.g. IP address of User, date and time of server, information about internet browser and operating system from which User uses.
3. Logs are saved and stored on server. Data saved in server logs are not associated with specific persons using Website and are not used by Administrator for identification purposes.
4. Server logs are only auxiliary material used for administering Website and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer server.

§5 Disclaimer

1. Privacy Policy does not cover any information concerning services or goods other than those belonging to Administrator which have been placed on pages of website Provider commercially, as guests, on reciprocal basis or not serving achievement of commercial effect.
2. Administrator is not responsible for actions or omissions of Users as a result of which Administrator processes personal data provided by them in manner specified in Privacy Policy.
3. Administrator reserves himself/herself right to introduce changes, withdrawal or modification of functions or properties his/her website as well as cessation of activity, transfer rights his/her website and undertaking any legal actions allowed by applicable law provisions. For avoidance of doubt User has no claims against Administrator due this title.
